Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with furniture selection based on their preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable furniture pieces.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Ensure the showroom is aesthetically arranged and all displays are up to standard.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
• Maintain accurate sales records and process customer transactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or furniture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet sales goals.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
