Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales
efforts and drive occupancy in our coworking space. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for community building.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and

relationship building.

• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor offerings.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including start-ups, freelancers,

and small businesses.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Organize and participate in events to promote the coworking space and engage the

community.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or coworking

environments.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Channels.

• Knowledge of the coworking industry and local market trends is a plus.
