Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the health and education sectors and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health and education sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the health and education sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
