Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Luxe Home furniture showroom in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is well-stocked.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales and service.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Train new sales staff and develop their product knowledge.
• Ensure the showroom is organized and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies.
• Proficient in using sales software and MS Office.
• A passion for furniture and home décor is a plus.
