Role Overview:
Honda Creek (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead its Sales & Marketing Department. The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen the dealership's market presence. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent performance across all segments (new cars, certified cars, accessories, corporate sales).
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service during the sales process.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Honda vehicles and services.
• Plan and manage digital, print, and event marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with Honda Pakistan to align dealership strategies with national campaigns.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Build a culture of professionalism, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Enhance the dealership’s CRM processes to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Engage with corporate clients to develop fleet and leasing opportunities.
• Operational Oversight:
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to optimize stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and Honda brand guidelines.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and present to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and customer preferences in Karachi.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
