Job Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist who can wear many hats and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and supporting our brand’s growth. The ideal candidate is quick to adapt, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a role where they can take on various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the management team on business development initiatives.

• A sharp, quick learner who can take on multiple roles and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
