- Receive and process customer orders for cosmetics products accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of orders, including product codes, quantities, and pricing.
- Interact with customers to gather order details, address inquiries about cosmetics products, and provide information on availability and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cosmetics retailers or distributors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics products offered by the company.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock levels to fulfill orders.
- Monitor and manage cosmetics product inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between customer orders and sales strategies.
- Communicate with the logistics and distribution teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Process and manage requests for cosmetics product samples from potential customers.
- Coordinate the dispatch of sample products according to company policies.
- Provide regular reports on cosmetics product order status, trends, and customer feedback.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement in the cosmetics sales order process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support any promotions or marketing campaigns related to cosmetics products.
- Ensure that promotional offers are accurately reflected in the order processing system.
Pay: Rs35.00 - Rs40.00 per month
