- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the cosmetics products in the assigned area.
- Align sales strategies with overall company objectives and market conditions.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives in Lahore.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Define and allocate sales territories within Lahore to maximize coverage and market penetration.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of cosmetics products in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key cosmetics retailers, distributors, and other channel partners in Lahore.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends in the cosmetics industry.
- Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand for cosmetics products in Lahore.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities for cosmetics products in Lahore.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all sales activities in Lahore comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about any changes in regulations that may impact sales operations.
- Work closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in cosmetics products and services.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Pay: Rs50.00 - Rs60.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
