Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Preference will be given to Islamabad and Rawalpindi candidates, as this is a remote job.)
Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000 (depending on experience, aligned with requirements) + Commission

We design market strategies, ensure legal and compliance standards, and provide ongoing operational guidance to help businesses transition to the franchise model and optimize growth strategies.
Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential clients
• Create opportunities and close deals
• Maintain and update the CRM system
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in franchise consulting or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in presentations/demonstrations via virtual meetings
• Software sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
