This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within a designated division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation ,Measurement and Analytical Division, Sales in Pakistan. You will be mainly accountable for: • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. • Sales Target meeting or exceeding based on the defined sales target. • Business development, Identifying and pursing new sales opportunities, maintaining the relationship with the existing customers and channel partners and develop new accounts. • Reporting the sales forecast in regular basis and update the sales pipeline. • Channel partner management and business plan with channel partners, developing a new channel to market. • Market analysis; monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adapt our the sales strategy based on the market requirements • Collaborating within own and other divisions. • Negotiating of terms of sales agreement and closing deals.
Qualifications for the role

  • Engineering in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
  • 8 Plus years of experience in Instrumentation and Analytical Sales will be advantage.
  • Product Knowledge in Instrumentation and analytical, ability to explain the main benefits and application to customers.
