Job Overview:
Bigen Pakistan is seeking an experienced Salon Sales Executive to expand our brand's presence in salons across Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in salon sales, a strong understanding of the hair care and beauty industry, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with salon owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach salons across Karachi to introduce and place Bigen products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Promote and educate salon staff on the features and benefits of Bigen hair dye products.
• Achieve sales targets through product placement, upselling, and maintaining a consistent presence in the market.
• Regularly visit salons to monitor product availability, manage stock levels, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Provide customer and salon needs feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
• Negotiate pricing, fuel allowance, and commissions with the employer based on performance.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in salon sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully selling beauty or personal care products to salons.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Karachi salon market is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
