We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One ERP Support Consultant to lead and manage our ERP systems and IT operations, ensuring seamless processes, system efficiency, and user support across multiple departments.
Job Description:
As a SAP Business One ERP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, and support of our SAP Business One system. Your role will focus on providing technical and functional support to our internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing business processes to meet evolving company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and support of SAP Business One ERP systems for multiple company branches.
Provide functional and technical support for ERP, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries related to the system.
Develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports to meet the company's reporting needs.
Manage ERP configurations including system settings, UDO, UDF, DTW, and handle SQL queries.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, order processing, and dispatch updates for e-commerce and B2B/B2C portals.
Supervise the integration of customized web applications with CRM processes and ERP systems.
Manage a team of technical and support staff, including data analysts, accountants, customer service executives, and IT helpdesk personnel.
Collaborate with marketing and graphics teams for product listings, updates, and ERP audits for online platforms.
Lead the post-go-live support for SAP B1 implementation, including Boyum Usability Package (B1UP) and Crystal Reports setup.
Train team members on SAP B1 functionalities, accounting processes, and system optimization for operational excellence.
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability and smooth operation of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
Proficient in SAP B1 full lifecycle implementation, SQL, Crystal Reports, and ERP configurations.
Experience managing teams across e-commerce, customer service, and IT support operations.
Expertise in Boyum B1UP and Print and Delivery modules.
Familiar with integrating ERP systems with web applications and CRM platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
Knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL scripting, and web-based delivery applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing back-office operations for e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify.
Strong leadership abilities and project management skills to oversee large-scale ERP and IT implementations.
Knowledge of Abacus HCM One Payroll Add-on and Abacus SMS Caster application.
