Senior Assistant - (Information Cost & Control)

Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • managing inbound calls and communications to the FMD’s call center
  • identifying customer needs and logging appropriate maintenance complaints (BDM, OPR, INS) through FMD’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (Hx GN EAM) & providing support to all internal customers and Facilities Management users
  • cost charging of financial documents including contract-related ROPs, petty cash statements, MSRs, PRs, and any other financial document as and when required
  • updating the CMMS Asset Database as per EDLR (Equipment Database Logging Request) & EDMR (Equipment Database Modification Request) forms
  • archiving of documents
  • any other task assigned by the department management
Requirements
  • intermediate
  • minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • basic knowledge of maintenance processes, Microsoft Excel, Hx GN EAM (CMMS), and People Soft (ERP) operations
  • decent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Urdu
  • ability to deal with callers politely and tactfully
  • pleasant manner and helpful attitude
