As a Business Development Executive at Megaplus Karachi candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and businesses to target.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Should have good contact especially in government deptt at senior level.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective business development strategies.
- Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets and segments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
