Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in visual design, branding, and digital media. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Lead the design process, from initial brainstorming and conceptualization to final production.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency across all channels.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction to help them grow professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on creativity or quality.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Work closely with the creative director to develop and refine brand guidelines and ensure their implementation across all visual communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in web design, UI/UX, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve design challenges.
Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Print Media: 5 years (Required)

- Indesign: 5 years (Required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 5 years (Required)
