Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative static posts and videos for client social media profiles, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with their brand. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to deliver impactful designs for diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Visual Content: Design both static graphics and video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Image and Video Editing: Edit and enhance client images and videos to meet project requirements, ensuring high-quality results that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Animated Videos: Proficiency in creating animated videos using Adobe After Effects or similar tools, with expertise in motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Website Art Creation: Develop custom artwork, icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with web developers, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals, provide design insights, and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity, including typography, color schemes, and overall design guidelines.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in graphic design, including video content creation.
- Proficiency in Design Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for creating and editing both static and video content.
- Video Editing Software: Experience with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar.
- Web Design Tools: Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for creating website mockups and designs.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for web design and a basic understanding of responsive design principles.
- Compensation: Competitive salary within the range of PKR 100,000 - PKR 130,000 per month.
