Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the design and execution of creative projects across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that communicate the brand's message effectively and engage audiences. Working closely with the creative team and other departments, you will manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development and Design Execution:
• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs align with the creative vision, brand guidelines, and client needs.
• Develop engaging visuals, including logos, brochures, websites, social media assets, email templates, presentations, and more.
• Create innovative and visually appealing designs that communicate the message effectively and engage target audiences.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with the creative director, art directors, copywriters, and other team members to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and ensuring high-quality design outputs.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for a variety of projects.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that designs are executed properly and meet both creative and technical specifications.

Design Optimization and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.
• Analyze design performance and gather feedback to improve future design projects and workflows.

Quality Control and Attention to Detail:

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design aspects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in execution.

Review and proof all design work before final production or delivery to clients.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including branding, digital design, print, and visual communication.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, In Design, XD) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
