Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Specialist & Admin to join our team. In this dual role, you will manage relationships with our vendors while also providing administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly. If you have a knack for communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreements.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of vendor agreements, invoices, and communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Support the team with any additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Must be DAE electrical or DAE HVAC or equivalent degree holder.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with vendor management software.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
