Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Specialist & Admin to join our team. In this dual role, you will manage relationships with our vendors while also providing administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly. If you have a knack for communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Address vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreements.

Administrative Support:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Maintain organized records of vendor agreements, invoices, and communications.
Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
Support the team with any additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be DAE electrical or DAE HVAC or equivalent degree holder.
2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with vendor management software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
