Job Title: Senior Laravel Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer with a solid understanding of ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in developing robust, scalable applications and has a strong grasp of backend development standards and principles. You should be a strong team player with an understanding of business needs, able to maintain consistency in coding and ensure high-quality standards throughout development cycles.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules using Laravel, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following Laravel and industry best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage database operations with My SQL, Maria DB, and Postgre SQL, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Use Redis for efficient caching strategies and enhance application performance.
• Utilize Git CLI for version control, collaborating seamlessly with team members on code reviews and merges.
• Work within a Linux environment, performing server management and deployments.
• Employ Docker (a plus) for environment consistency and streamlined development processes.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the application code and databases, focusing on functionality, security, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in Laravel development, with demonstrated experience in ERP systems.
• Databases: Strong experience with My SQL, Maria DB, and Postgre SQL.
• Caching: Proficiency with Redis for cache management.
• Version Control: Excellent command over Git CLI.
• Linux: Solid Linux skills for server and environment management.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong team player, excellent communicator, and able to understand and align with business needs.
• Coding Standards: Commitment to coding standards and continuous improvement practices.
