*Job Description:*
As a PPC Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. Your primary goal will be to drive targeted traffic to our website, increase patient inquiries, and optimize our advertising budget for maximum ROI.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Campaign Strategy Development:*
- Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with the hospital's marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases relevant to dental services.
2. *Ad Creation and Management:*
- Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
3. *Performance Monitoring and Optimization:*
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
4. *Budget Management:*
- Manage and allocate the PPC budget effectively to maximize returns on investment.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and recommendations for improvement.
5. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ad creatives.
6. *Market Research:*
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging PPC technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
7. *Client Interaction:*
- Communicate with potential patients and clients through various channels to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve patient acquisition strategies.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
