A solid understanding of software engineering, data analysis, and client management acquired through prior work experience.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all technology and system development operations, and evaluate them according to established goals.
* Direct the sourcing and implementation of new systems.
* Coordinate with MIS managers and team leads, and supervise developers, designers and other professionals to provide guidance.
* Motivate team to achieve organizational goals.
* Delegate tasks to team members.
* Provide Support to team members to maximize their potential.
* Direct MIS staff for training.
* Report and present software developments including status and results clearly and efficiently both internally and externally, verbally and in writing
Required Skills:
* A solid understanding of software engineering, data analysis, client management acquired through prior work experience
* Extensive experience with .Net Framework, MVC, .Net Core, RESTful API development, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, CSS, T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, IIS, Share Point, Dev Ops and Git.
* Strong Knowledge of Data Warehouse Development and BI.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads.
* Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time.
* Comfortable in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, Pakistan or other geographies.
* Ability to work within a matrix organization.
* Experience with US clients and familiarity with process development is preferred.
* Should have worked on process mapping using tools like Visio.
* Identify & manage reporting requirements for MIS programs.
* Conduct productive analysis on existing programs to understand future and prospect of the business.
* Strong knowledge of Project Management Frameworks, Agile Methodology, CI/CD and Dev Ops.
