Professional Experience : 5-7 year relevant experience in a ma
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- To coordinate the production activities in order to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony focused towards getting desired set targets in production and quality of product. - To set a production target and make out all efforts to achieve it. - To carry out inspections of machine clothing’s, thread, invisible fiber and other material and to submit recommendation to accept/reject chemicals/materials after conducting durability compatibility and run ability tests on machine wherever possible. - To suggest the departmental heads ways and means whereby the production efficiency can be improved. - Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. - Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety following all side protocols. - To prepare annual budget for onward submission. - To prepare daily/monthly/down time, raw materials and chemical consumption reports. Monitor the consumption of material/chemicals and make it possible to remain within given standard consumption figures. - Implement best industrial practices at site. - Handle emergency scenarios at plant site.
