Senior Sales Representative ERP ( Odoo )

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Odoo ERP Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales of Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting clients through the sales process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP systems, especially Odoo, with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential customers who can benefit from Odoo ERP solutions through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ business requirements, workflows, and challenges, and position Odoo ERP as the ideal solution to streamline their operations.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, setting clear objectives and following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals that meet both the client’s and company’s goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively communicate Odoo ERP’s advantages.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation and customer success.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, continuously driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful ERP sales, preferably with Odoo, and a strong understanding of ERP solutions and the sales cycle.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) and a good understanding of business processes.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software; experience with Odoo CRM is a plus
  • Personal Qualities: Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
