Job Purpose and Expectations:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in MERN stack and AWS. The ideal candidate will excel in database design, Jira task management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring successful project delivery and collaborating closely with the Japan team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead app development with Java Script stacks (React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt.js) and Node.js.
• Manage SQL and No SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
• Gather requirements, define project scope, and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Create Scope of Work (SOW) and Basic Design Sheets outlining architecture, database structure, API endpoints, and CI/CD.
• Use Jira for task management and sprint planning to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage CI/CD for automated deployments, streamlining the development process.
• Mentor team members, troubleshoot issues, and foster continuous improvement.
• Use AWS Amplify for scalable deployments, ensuring cloud best practices for security and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong skills in Java Script frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt.js) and Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and No SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
• Proven client-facing and project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Preferred previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, with hands-on AWS Amplify experience.
