Job Overview:
Join Launch Box Pakistan as a Social Media Marketer and lead the charge in enhancing our brand’s digital footprint! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to boost engagement, grow our audience, and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with a talented team to create captivating content, analyze performance metrics, and continuously refine our social media approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote our services, special offers, and product launches.
- Craft engaging content including posts, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee social media channels, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Work with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality social media messaging.
- Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven track record in social media marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, including content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
- Passionate about staying ahead of social media trends and driving innovation.
