Job Purpose
To ensure timely storage and issuance of material in compliance with applicable QMS, EHS and regulatory policies through people management and leadership.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Pharm-D
  
• Min 2-3 years of experience on the same or equivalent position
  
• Ability to face auditors
  
• Ability to manage the time as per given dispensing plan.
  
• Ability to keep team motivated.
  
• Strong teamwork with an ability to interact with people from all functions and levels within the organization.
  
• Excellent skills in communication English & urdu.
  
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office/ Excel.
  
• Preferred knowledge of SAP system.
  

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure follow up of store activities as per standard operating procedure of warehouse operations.
  
• To ensure timely dispensing of raw material to production. Support other functions by providing necessary help and good customer services to relevant department.
  
• Contribute and participate with GPS team in achieving site GPS target.
  
• To maintain record of process related documentation To ensure materials safety security of material in store.
  
• To ensure compliance with GMP, QMS within department.
  
• To ensure regulatory and EHS compliance.
  
• To ensure (Raw/packing) materials are dispensed to the Production as per SOP.
  
• To actively participate in self inspection, Deviation and timely CAPA closure in QWF.
  
• To ensure Risks in warehouses are identified.
  
• To develop team to be multi-skilled to ensure operating requirements are met.
  
• To ensure necessary records pertaining to Warehouse are maintained.
