Position: Takaful Senior Sales Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (as per education criteria)
Education:

• Option 1: A Sharia Scholar with a completed Mufti Course following "Shahadatul Almiya/Dars-e-Nizami" from a recognized Islamic institute and at least 1 year of experience in a reputable Darul Ifta.
• Option 2: A Doctorate degree from a recognized educational institution with at least 1 year of professional experience in any organization.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Takaful Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our team while promoting Shariah-compliant financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have both leadership skills and a strong foundation in Islamic principles or academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Development: Bring along at least two Takaful Sales Managers (TSMs) and four Takaful Sales Representatives (TSRs).
• Business Growth: Ensure the team delivers a minimum First Year Business (FYB) of Rs. 500,000/- as per organizational goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Guide and support the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Training and Motivation: Mentor the team in effectively promoting Takaful products in line with Islamic financial principles.
• Market Development: Build and expand the client base by fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes and sales practices align with Shariah and regulatory guidelines.
• Reporting: Provide periodic updates and sales performance reports to management.
