**Position Summary:**
CBA is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Team Lead Sales** to join our team and oversee sales operations in key regions across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with **Telenor (Easy Paisa)** or **Jazz Cash**, ensuring that they bring the necessary expertise and insights to drive sales growth and team performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for North, South, and Central Pakistan cities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and coaching where needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- **Compulsory Experience with Telenor (Easy Paisa) or Jazz Cash**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results and meet targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in financial services, mobile wallets, or telecommunications industries.
- Knowledge of market trends in the Pakistani mobile financial services sector.
