We are hiring a Testing and QA Engineer for one of our prestigious clients based in Norway. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse, international team, including members from Norway, Ukraine, and Pakistan, working on cutting-edge Saa S-based products.
Position Overview:
As a Testing and QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software for our Norwegian client. You will work with cross-functional teams across Norway, Ukraine, and Pakistan to test, identify issues, and improve the product’s overall performance. The role involves both manual and automated testing of Saa S applications, with a focus on collaboration and communication across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

As a Testing and QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software for our Norwegian client. You will work with cross-functional teams across Norway, Ukraine, and Pakistan to test, identify issues, and improve the product’s overall performance. The role involves both manual and automated testing of Saa S applications, with a focus on collaboration and communication across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Saa S products.
- Work closely with development teams in Norway, Ukraine, and Pakistan to understand requirements and provide timely feedback on quality and stability.
- Implement automated testing frameworks for continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.
- Identify, report, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Provide feedback on usability, suggesting improvements to enhance user experience.
- Continuously update and refine testing strategies to maintain high product quality.
- Keep abreast of the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- At least 5 Years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both manual and automated testing for web-based applications, particularly in Saa S environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, etc.
- Experience working with international teams and managing communication across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java Script) for test automation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Soap UI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
