Our designs are crafted to cater to overseas Pakistanis and local clients, focusing on creating unique and stylish pieces that showcase Pakistani craftsmanship. We are expanding our design team and are looking for a talented Textile Print Designer to bring fresh, innovative print ideas to life.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Textile Print Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, original prints that resonate with our brand’s aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile design, color theory, and printing techniques. You will work closely with our design and production teams to develop exclusive prints that align with each collection’s theme and ensure quality consistency from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create unique, original print designs that align with the brand’s vision and collection themes.

• Trend Research: Stay updated on current and upcoming trends in textile design, color palettes, and print styles to inspire fresh ideas.

• Print Creation: Use both digital and traditional techniques to create patterns, repeats, and placement prints.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and production team to ensure the designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards.

• Color Matching and Sampling: Assist in color matching and oversee the sampling process to ensure designs are accurately translated onto fabric.

• Production Oversight: Ensure that designs are ready for production and collaborate with the quality control team to maintain consistency.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain design files, tech packs, and other documentation necessary for seamless handover to production.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Textile Print Designer, preferably in fashion or apparel.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.

• Strong understanding of textile patterns, color theory, and various printing techniques (digital, screen printing, etc.).

• Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with textile trends in Pakistani and international markets.
