We are looking for a skilled Fashion Designer to bring fresh, innovative designs to our team and help elevate our upcoming collections.
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer with a strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs that align with Chic Ophicial's brand identity. Working closely with the Creative Director and production team, you will oversee each stage of the design process—from initial sketches to final production—ensuring that every piece reflects our brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Conceptualize and create original designs for each collection, with a focus on festive luxury wear.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, fabric innovations, and market demands to bring new ideas and inspiration to each season.
• Sketching and Illustration: Produce detailed sketches, mood boards, and illustrations for each design concept.
• Fabric Selection: Choose and source high-quality fabrics and trims that align with the brand’s vision and the requirements of each design.
• Sample Oversight: Work closely with the production team to develop samples, overseeing adjustments to ensure fit, silhouette, and overall quality.
• Collection Presentation: Prepare collections for launch by ensuring each piece is ready for photoshoots, marketing, and customer display.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Textile Designer and Quality Control team to ensure the final designs meet Chic Ophicial’s high standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of design specifications, fabric choices, and any changes made during production.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with experience in luxury or festive wear.
• Strong illustration and technical drawing skills; proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and draping techniques.
• A strong eye for detail, color coordination, and current fashion trends.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects, staying organized and meeting deadlines.
