With operations based primarily in Pakistan and management in the UAE, Chic Ophicial is looking for a proactive Business Manager to oversee and streamline operations within Pakistan.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Manager based in Pakistan with experience in fashion or retail operations to lead and optimize our production and quality control processes. You will coordinate closely with the Creative Director, based in the UAE, to ensure smooth operations across production, quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent team coordination to meet both local and international demand.
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across production and quality control units, ensuring all processes align with company standards and deadlines.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels effectively, forecasting demand and coordinating with the production unit to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards across all products, identifying and addressing any issues proactively with the quality control team.
• Cost Optimization: Identify areas for cost savings within logistics, production, and sourcing while maintaining quality.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, coordinating with logistics partners for both domestic and international shipments.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate local teams in production and quality control, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Sales and Performance Reporting: Monitor sales trends and prepare monthly performance reports to help the management team in strategic decision-making.
• Customer Relations: Support customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving product issues or complaints quickly, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, business management, or production in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coordinating production and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis for reporting on inventory, sales, and cost management.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between teams in Pakistan and the UAE.
