As a Production Planning and Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production activities, managing materials, supervising teams, and implementing quality control measures. Here's a detailed breakdown of your key duties:

• Production Planning and Control:

Scheduling and Planning of Manufacturing Orders and allocate necessary resources for production.
Generating CAM files like Gerbers, PNP and BOM and Work Orders preparation
Operation & Programming of Pick and Place Machines

• Materials Management:

Generate Pick lists and tray out materials for production.
Mark items as back-ordered if discrepancies are identified in trayed-out stock.
Ensure accurate documentation of material issuance and maintain inventory records.

• Production Supervision:

Supervise the production process, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Document and address Quality Control (QC) issues, providing suggestions for process improvements.
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to push completed orders for inspection.

• Documentation and Communication:

Close Manufacturing Orders upon completion, updating associated documentation.
Communicate with Operations teams to relay production status, delays, or other pertinent information.
Coordinate with Quality Control and update Delivery Orders (DOs) upon successful inspection.

• Packaging and Shipping:

Plan packaging processes, ensuring availability of required packing materials.
Close Delivery Orders upon successful shipping, coordinating with logistics teams.

• Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:

Oversee the calibration and maintenance of production equipment.
Ensure the availability of consumables and maintain the laboratory environment.

• Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify areas for improvement in the production process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, control, and materials management.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant production and inventory management software.
