Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of a battery business from the ground up, including identifying suppliers, defining product features, brand positioning, and formulating marketing, aftersales, and channel strategies.
- Create and execute a project plan, managing the design and implementation phases.
- Develop markets for lithium-ion phosphate batteries in Pakistan, targeting both residential and commercial/industrial (C&I) segments.
- Build and lead a team overseeing key areas such as sales, aftersales, marketing, product design, and R&D.
- Drive long-term product and brand competitiveness through innovation and market expansion.
- Proven experience in the battery industry, preferably in lithium-ion battery technology.
- Ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution of business development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales.
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
- lithium-ion battery technology: 5 years (Preferred)
- Battery Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
