We are now looking for a self-organized, results-driven individual contributor to help us grow by sourcing more projects through Upwork, particularly in the 2D explainer video animation niche.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidding Professional with 2+ years of experience on the platform. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Upwork’s Terms of Service (To S), has a proven track record of sourcing 2D explainer animation projects, and brings a job-getting-done mentality. You will be responsible for bidding on the right opportunities, optimizing connects usage, monitoring proposal performance, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Independently identify and bid on relevant animation projects on Upwork, especially in the 2D explainer video niche.
• Ensure compliance with Upwork’s To S and maintain a high-quality account standing.
• Develop and refine bidding strategies for maximum proposal success and connect efficiency.
• Track proposal performance and adapt strategies to ensure continued success.
• Work closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals that meet client requirements.
• Take ownership of achieving sales targets with a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working on Upwork, with a focus on animation or creative services.
• Expertise in sourcing and winning projects related to 2D explainer video animation.
• Deep understanding of Upwork’s To S and best practices for bidding.
• Self-organized with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
• A job-getting-done mentality with a strong focus on results.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
