User Experience (UX) Designer

The ideal candidate will work with the team to define experiences that are intuitive, engaging and easily understood based on business and creative goals. You will distill user research, competitive analysis and feedback into user- centered design goals, frame and solve hard design problems informed by data and apply and establish a set of design standards, documentation, and principles that are used alongside a design system.
Responsibilities
- Develop new/enhance existing user-facing features.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and patterns to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across our chain of brands and products
- Build reusable components and libraries & optimize for scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate your design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs
- A ‘big-picture’ vision, a unique blend of UX, design, business, and technical savviness and the drive to make that vision a reality with a ‘get it done’ attitude
- A passion for understanding user behavior, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think both critically and creatively.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally with a focus on AI & digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design processes and successful UX projects (fictional or real).
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- An understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
