Job Description:
TENWS is seeking a talented and creative Video Influencer, Content Creator, and On-Camera Host to join our team. This is a on-site position open to candidates from any city. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and hosting engaging video content across various digital platforms.
You will need to come to our Lahore studio for video recordings i.e podcasts and video content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative content ideas that align with our brand’s vision and audience.
• Create engaging video content for various platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
• Act as the on-camera host for videos, bringing energy, personality, and professionalism to each presentation.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop scripts, storylines, and video concepts.
• Assist in the editing process to ensure high production quality.
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and live sessions to build a loyal community.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a video influencer, content creator, or on-camera host.
• Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to develop engaging content ideas and execute them effectively.
• On-Camera Presence: Excellent on-camera presence with a dynamic and engaging personality. Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and able to convey messages clearly.
• Speaking Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, particularly with an American dialect.
• Creativity and Storytelling: A knack for storytelling and creating compelling narratives that captivate viewers.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• Digital Media Savvy: Understanding of various social media platforms and content trends to optimize video reach and engagement.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
