Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Designer & Animator to join our team at By Next. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging explainer videos, including animated content and screen-grabbing tutorials, to showcase our services and new website features. This is a remote position, ideal for a professional based in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create 30-60 second explainer videos for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop animation-based content to visually demonstrate key features and processes.
• Use screen recording tools to create screen-grabbing tutorials for website navigation and feature demonstrations.
• Edit and enhance video content with voiceovers, captions, background music, and effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Deliver engaging content within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to create innovative video content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and animation design, with a portfolio showcasing explainer and tutorial videos.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, and typography.
• Skills in creating screen recordings and incorporating them into video projects.
• Strong understanding of storyboarding, scripting, and video production workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in delivering impactful visuals.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in graphic design or multimedia production.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to effectively highlight website features in tutorials.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools and voiceover integration.
