What you will do
As a Travel Agent, you will be part of the reservation team. You’ll be based in Pakistan and your primary responsibility will be processing online bookings, send quotation to holiday packages inquiries and do followups.
Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls.
• Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
• Dealing with email bookings and inquires.
• Deal with different levels of people.
• Ability to plan ahead and work under pressure.

Language Requirement: Advanced level of English speaking and writing is a minimum requirement which will be tested throughout the interview process.
Shift availability:

• Day Shift
• Night Shift
• Overnight Shift

Walk-in Interview Schedule: Interviews will be held daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on a walk-in basis.
Walk-in Interviews location: Bahria Town Clock tower, Phase 7 Rawalpindi, Hamdan Plaza Kabul Restaurant Building 2nd floor office #1 JTR Holidays.
If you don't have good English communication skills, kindly avoid attending interviews to save your time.
