Assistant Director of Nursing

Report to the Director of Nursing
Complete initial and on going assessments to identify the physical psychosocial and environmental needs of nursing home patients.
Assess patients conditions and chart observations and perform evaluations
educate patients and their families on proper healthcare strategy and procedures
make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patients quality of life
provide effective communication to patients/ clients, their family members, team members and other healthcare professionals
supervise staff assigned to you and utilize them to accomplish facility goals and exceeding customer service standards and providing quality healthcare.
Complete Reports as required and participate in any investigations
Other Duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification (Preferred)
RN (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Panama City, FL 32405: Relocate before starting work (Required)
