The Clinical Supervisor position provides direct supervision to Youth and Family Counselors and provides clinical consultation to staff members of other programs within the Agency. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director and is a full-time, salaried position.

• The capacity to develop an overall agency vision.
• The ability to motivate, energize, and empower others, and guide staff in their therapeutic skills and abilities.
• The ability to work with and through others to identify and achieve common goals and approach conflicts and solution strategies through group involvement.
• The capacity to work positively and effectively communicate with the community and other agencies and groups on behalf of the clients we serve.

This position requires a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
A valid driver’s license in required.
A successful candidate must pass a level 2 background screen.
