Recovery Bay is re-energizing its mission, vision and managerial leadership with seeking a Fl Mental Health Licensed Clinical Director and experienced Supervisor for a growing 22 bed adult men’s SUD and MH treatment facility in beautiful Panama City Florida. Recovery Bay is DCF licensed, recently passed its 3-year Joint Commission survey and is ready to take the next steps in further organizing and professionalizing its organization and services.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for the oversight, management, and training of all clinical treatment services and personnel and work closely with the Medical Department. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical services delivery of ASAM 3.7 detoxification and residential, ASAM 2.5 and 2.1 facility, manage and supervise registered interns seeking licensure who perform a variety and holistic program to the residents in the facility. The Clinical Director will ensure that all programs and services operate in strict accordance with all contract, licensure, accreditation and agency policies and procedures and budgetary requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience as a supervisor, a proven history of being a team player who can address the daily needs of the clients, clinicians and agency balanced with the growth and maturity of the organization.
This position presents an opportunity to use EMRs systems such as KIPU and Hatch Compliance software to make the strict documentation tasks easier, faster and complaint.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Current Clinical Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences/Behavioral Health, active FL license and ability to supervise interns is requisite for the position.
Ideally the candidate will have:
· 3 years Management and supervisory experience with Registered Interns in the field of chemical dependency in the Behavioral Sciences.
· License: Unencumbered Licensure by the State of Florida in the Behavioral Sciences (LMHC, LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
· Pass Drug Testing and Level II Background Screening
· Have professional references supporting this role
Other Qualifications: Must be able to write and speak fluent English
· Proven skills operating computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs and Electronic Health Records (KIPU) and ability to extract compliance pertinent data
· Proven ability to provide Leadership and training for subordinate staff
· Provide regular and routine multi-disciplinary staff meetings regarding client care and progress through treatment
The Clinical Director is an integral member of the Leadership Team.
Salary: 60k-95k annual
