Treatment Center of Panama City is looking for someone to join us as a part-time receptionist.
Some things you’ll be doing:
· Greet patients and visitors and check them in.
· Managing patient accounts and payments.
· Balance drawer daily and do bank deposits.
· Assist with ensuring patients attend their appointments.
· Answer phone, check voicemail, take messages, and route calls.
· Check mail and sort as needed.
· Scan and file documents.
· Perform new patient admission procedures.
· Manage patient account information within different systems.
· Run and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Monday to Friday 4:50 AM – 1 PM
Saturday 5:50 AM – 9 AM
