Front Desk Receptionist-
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations in a medical office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, and maintaining organized office systems.
- Insurance verification-checking for any necessary authorizations
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of medical office management practices and procedures.
- Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Familiarity with Medicare processes and insurance verification is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate computerized systems effectively for scheduling and record management.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Medical Assistant:
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls for clinical staff, take messages from patients for medication refills and clinical questions.

-Room patients, take patient medical history and enter info in EMR
-Assist surgeon in exam room with any in office procedures.
-Suture/Staple removal, dressing changes
-Input physician orders for referrals and diagnostic testing
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Ensure the clinical work area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills
- Proven experience in a medical assistant role, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of medical office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality is essential.
