Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage office correspondence including emails and letters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and data management tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Skills:
- Proficiency in office management software and tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and transcribing
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Computer literacy with the ability to use basic software applications
