Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Front of House Managers to join Mc Guire's Panama City Beach. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that the front of house operations run smoothly. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in food service management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. We are looking to hire a hostess manager and another front of the house manager.
Duties

• Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of house.
• Handle cash management and POS operations efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.

• Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and coordinate ordering as necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management or as an assistant manager within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

• Ability to manage staff effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
• You must be willing to work 5 days per week with two days off
• All managers work on St. Patrick's Day

Pay: $52,914.00 - $55,694.00 per year
