• Gather and analyze security requirements for embedded systems.
• Develop and implement security controls to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools such as ACAS and SCAP.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with Do D security standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address security concerns and incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Do D information systems security environment.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and security principles.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools (ACAS, SCAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Do D Secret security clearance.
• IAT Level II certification required. (i.e. Security+)

• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell).
• Technical writing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and JIRA.
