• Operate a range of machinery and equipment, including but not limited to lathes, mills, drill presses, plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and welders.
• Utilize CAD 3D modeling software and drafting tools to design and create prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to translate designs into manufacturable products.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members on machining practices and design for manufacturability.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating various machinery and equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Experience with CAD 3D modeling software and drafting, or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
