• Lead and manage complex systems engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and design documentation.
• Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to assess system performance and identify potential issues.
• Oversee system integration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Ensure compliance with Do D standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Do D sector.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer on a Do D project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience with configuration management systems (PDM or CMPro).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Experience with Solid Works or finite element analysis software.
• Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE).
