· Clean the interior of buildings including floors, windows, and walls
· Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
· Maintain cleaning inventory, and providing replacement items for ordering to the Maintenance Supervisor
· Dust and clean counters, mirrors, toilets
· Remove debris and sand from sidewalks.
· Replace paper towels, tissue and hand soap/sanitizer.
· Maintain the outside of the bathroom area by picking up trash
· Empty trash and recycling bins.
· When finished with janitorial duties, may be asked to work with the maintenance crew by picking up trash in the common areas.
Clean and maintain pool deck, open and close pools if necessary.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
